Abstract

There is studied the gold extraction possibility with ore processing, using the gravitation method. On the basis of the received results, there was made a conclusion about the reasonability of the application of gravitation extraction technology of gold in ore crushing cycles. According to this, it will be possible to decrease the metal looses with the dump waste concentration products, by the discharging of the basic mass of free hydraulic sized gold into the independent marketable concentrate. During the research process, there has been applied the equipment of Science and Production Association "RIVS". This equipment is unique and has no analogues in the global practice. Nowadays, there is being held the reconstruction project of the flotation operation part of Nikolaevsk processing plant for the developed technology, with the installation of the equipment of Science and Production Association "RIVS" and increasing the productivity of the factory.
