Abstract

The article considers the existing technological scheme of orepreparation on mining enterprises. It was revealed, that the energy intensity of breakers is in 4,35 times lower than the energy intensity of mills. According to this, the increasing of the reduction degree, realized by breakers, allows to free the part of drum mills or to decrease the part of their power consumption during the process of material disintegration, which leads to the decreasing of the specific power consumption in tote. There was analyzed the dependence of the crushing degree from the strain of the crushed material. There was proposed the new construction of vibro-breaking mill, equipped with the breaking chamber. This chamber has two disintegration zones with the common coarseness decreasing ratio, equal 40. The half-industrial model of the vibro-breaking mill was realized. It is characterized by the increased disintegration ratio of the product. Its half-industrial testings are held. There were proposed the possible technological schemes with application of vibro- breaking mill both in the closed and open cycles.
