Effective methods of waste waters cleaning with fluorine removal, presented in form of F^–, SiF₆^2–, TiF₆^2–, FeF₆^3–, AlF₆^3– have been described. Proposal methods are useful for cleaning of large volumes of waste waters, demand minimal capital investment, exclude impermissible secondary pollution of waste waters by components of using reagents, provide utilization of extracted fluorine and regeneration of main part (up to 98%) of reagents, using for waste waters cleaning.
