Hydrometallurgical technology for processing of nickel concentrate at “Pechenganickel” combine has been developed taking into account long-term experience of operating of Nadezhdinskiy metallurgical plant and researches of “Gipronickel institute”, focused on improvement of initial operations. Leaching parameters, behavior of non-ferrous and precious metals during leaching process have been defined. Optimal version of technological scheme has been suggested.
