Реферат

Based on the analysis of the current methods and equipment for dynamic loading control and assessment in mine hoisting systems, in particular, wire ropes of skip hoists, the authors diagnose deficiency of control, measurement and estimation of dynamic processes and impacts in operation of hoists, which reduce durability of wire ropes. In terms of a skip hoist, the authors study dynamics of the skip–shaft furniture system per stages (periods) of the up-and-down cycle of the skip hoist: loading, start-up, speedup, speed overshoot, deceleration, and stop. Special equipment and software package were used to acquire, process and estimate a representative volume of measurement data on extra dynamic loads per stages of the skip hoist travel cycle and their effect on the hoist wire ropes, determined in terms of the durability reduction index. The results are presented graphically to display basic parameters of operation of the hoist system and the vertical accelerations of the loaded skip hoist per stages of travel cycle. Based on the developed procedure for measurement and estimation of additional dynamic loads in the mine hoisting system, the authors give recommendations on minimization of unfavorable attack on durability of wire ropes.
