Реферат

TAILS Company carries out designing and production of new equipment for sampling flowing and immovable materials. The equipment has been introduced at twenty processing plants in Russia. The equipment employs new sampling technologies: axial and transverse sampling in flows and reloading of immovable material. These technologies enable minimization of all kinds of error: systematic, random and probabilistic systematic. Operation of the equipment shows 3 times reduction in labor input and two times cutting of cost of accessory and repair parts. With the new equipment, deficiency of the commodity balance in terms of various components, including gold, has been decreased 1.5–2 times. The major advantages of the equipment are: customization to a sampling point; independence from water and compressed air supply; simplicity and high reliability of operation; representativity of sample collection at the sampling point. The new equipment allows mechanization of nearly any product sampling, improvement of sampling quality and reliability of balance calculation, cutting down of operating cost of sampling systems at processing plants.
