Abstract

Method of workout of steep-dipping thick and medium deposits, resistant and average-resistant ores was developed for the purpose of provision of safety, increasing of efficiency of mining operations and decreasing of negative influence of high-capacity blasts on rock massif. The offered technology can be applied for the following systems:
-system of development with block and sublevel ore caving;
-system of development with ore crushing by parallel and radial deep-hole charges of explosive;
-system of development with possibility of application during loading and delivery of ore by mobile mining machines.
Developed method has reserves of increasing of labor productivity during well-sinking and contributes to decreasing of seismic influence of blast on adjoining rock massif due to decreasing of mass of explosive charge with crushing of each layer of ore in block. This article presents the technical decisions, which allow to carry out the efficient drilling of blast holes of increased diameter with provision of safety of mine operations during the development of bump hazardous deposits. There was carried out the analysis of possibility of application of Russian and foreign drilling equipment and pneumostrikers at Russian mines in the conditions of traditional mining constructions.
