V. L. Safonov, Yu. Yu. Kostyukhin

Organizational topics of work flows and industrial processes in time and space are considered using specially developed logistic model. Work-rest schedules of workers in discrete and continuous fabrication are investigated. Method of worktime standard calculation in machine-manual and hardware-managed metallurgical processes is given. Methods of wage calculation in rating and non-rating systems and stimulating role of wages system and principles its organization are described. Interrelation of internal enterprise problems in sphere of labour remuneration with labour market is analyzed. Topics of labour productivity, working time balance, calculation of staff size are covered. Each of eight chapters contains theoretical part, examples of calculations, tasks, control tests and questions. In addition methodological recommendations to teachers for correspondent practical training are given to every chapter. Textbook is intended for students of economical and metallurgical specialties learning organization and standardizing of labour at metallurgical and metal-processing enterprises.
