Реферат

The current schemes at the processing plants of “ALROSA” JSC held the finishing of the adhesiveness and foam separation concentrates by method of X-ray luminescence separation with the preliminary high temperature drying. The technogenic film, which was formed from the residuals of unburnt organic matter on the diamond surface, during the process of high-temperature drying, decreases the intensity of their luminescence. In the first place, this leads to the operating irregularity of X-ray luminescence separators and increasing the diamond losses in the separation tails. As a result of the researches and industrial testings, there was stated the technological efficiency of using the emulsion washing technology of diamond containing concentrates from the organic impurities. There were developed the principal realization schemes of the emulsion washing technology of diamond-containing concentrates from the organic compounds, before the processes of high-temperature drying and the following finishing operations. The obtained results were confirmed by the corresponding documents and were accepted to the industrial realization at the processing plant No. 3 of Mirnyy Mining & Processing Division and the processing plant No. 8 of Aikhal Mining & Processing Division.

This research work was held with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, within the project No. 2010-218-01-001 “Creation of complex innovation environmentally safe technology of extraction and processing of diamondiferous ores in the Far North”, which is being held with the participation of North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov and “ALROSA” JSC.
