Реферат

The paper is dedicated to the issues of interaction of the North- Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov (NEFU) and «ALROSA» (JSC) in the network of state support for cooperation of Russian higher educational establishment and production plants. The article presents a thorough analysis of interaction issues in creating complex innovative mining technology and processing of diamondiferous ores under the conditions of Extreme North. Designed innovative technology in the network of the project is an important factor of reducing energy- and resource intensiveness, increase of subsoil use efficiency in diamond mining. During this project execution the University has attained a brand-new level of competence. The NEFU is becoming a leading area for outsourcing of scientific-research development and technological work for the «ALROSA» JSC benefit. Now few contracts with leading scientific centers has been signed that related to diamond mining and diamond raw material processing. There wer  also proposals initiated to provide additional components of innovative infrastructure of the University, create profile laboratories and scientific-educational facilities. Resulted from experimental-industrial researches carried out in the network of the project, particular methods have been developed, recommendations compiled together with regulations on different stages of mining process and industrial sites of the «ALROSA» company all of which addressed a general raise of mining operations technology efficiency. Moreover they developed (or composed out of already existing) and tested corresponding equipment, providing a possibility to obtain and implement new engineering and technological solutions directly into production. Participation of «ALROSA» JSC specialists in the mentioned project has enabled us to define directions for their successive professional improvement on the base of NEFU and in particular within the programs of post-graduate education. During complex project realization the existing mining and processing of diamondiferous ores technology under the conditions of Extreme North has been modified.
