Реферат

Scientific and Production Association "RIVS" carried out the development research complex of the flotation concentration technology of the ores from Yuzhno-Shameiskoe deposit. According to the results of the substantial analysis of two ore samples, there was defined the mineral composition of the types of ores, planned for the development. According to the researches, the sample of the granite-type ores has the considerably high content of feldspars (albite and microcline), and mica (muscovite and quartz). The developed technology consists of the following cycles:
• sulphide cycle;
• iron removal cycle;
• silica alumina cycle;
• micaceous cycle;
• feldspar cycle.
There was established the obtaining possibility of the following marketable concentrates from the monometallic molybdenum-containing granite-type ore:
• The molybdenum concentrate, containing not less than 49% of molybdenum with the extraction of 87,5% of molybdenum. With the operating of the concentrating mill on the flowing reused water, the molybdenum extraction decreases by 3-4%;
• The feldspar concentrate, containing 0,2% of iron. The output is not less than 25%.
• The micaceous (muscovite) concentrate, with not less than 2,5% of output.
With the processing of the granite-shale-type ore, it is available to obtain the molybdenum concentrate, containing not less than 49% of molybdenum with the extraction of 83% of molybdenum. The obtaining of micaceous and feldspar concentrates is inappropriate. The obtaining of the flotation quartz product, containing not less than 98% of SiO2 and not more than 0,2% of Fecom, is technically available with the processing of two considered types of ores.
