Efficient experience of modernization of drilling and blasting works on the base of up-to-date global achievements in the field of technology and usage of tnt-free emulsion explosives (i.e. packaged explosives), as well as usage of non-electric initiation charging systems at joint Mongolian-Russian mining enterprises is described.
