Comparison of results of breaking in the high pressure roll breaker (roller-press) and in the press testing machine was held on the samples of copper-molybdenium ore of Nurkazgan deposit and copper-porphyritic ore of Kalmakyr deposit.
Technological characteristics of the broken products (granulometric composition; content of ore elements and their distribution, according to the coarseness) and flotation results established that disintegration methods obtain rather close results. According to this, the modeling of breaking process in rollerpress with the press testing machine can be considered as possible and objective. |
