This article considers the conditions of efficient realization of innovation technology of formation of man-made massifs with application of mobile stowing complexes. Usage of high-productive stationary stowing complexes is joint both with high capital costs on grinding equipment, and with processing limits, which restrain the development of ore extraction technologies with mined-out areas stowing. Technology of mobile stowing complexes realizes the simultaneous processes of decreasing of the cost price of stowing mix, and carrying out the stowing of several mining units. Conditions of their working efficiency are defined by the type of applied development system, direction of the process of operations field and part of amount of field workings in the total amount of development and face entry drivages. There was established the equation of the balance of needs of stowing complex in rock filler and amount of rocks, obtained by driving of development and face entry drivages. There were formulated the fundamental positions, which are necessary to be taken into account during the placing of mobile stowing complexes in underground conditions for various development systems with solid stowing of mined-out area. Underground stowing complexes can be combined with surface stowing complexes. Thus, these complexes can obtain the required amount of stowing mix and utilize the rocks, obtained by driving of mine openings in the complex of stowage mix, without their lifting to the surface. Efficient application of mobile stowing complexes makes it possible to increase the productivity of mine and decrease the ore extraction costs.
