В данный выпуск вошли статьи, подготовленные специалистами Ковдоского ГОКа к юбилею предприятия и вышедшие в «Горном журнале» № 10 за 2012 г.
Ковдорский ГОК – эталон эффективного комплексного использования многокомпонентного минерального сырья, его обогащения на основе самых современных технологий и оборудования с производством высококачественных и востребованных на мировом рынке железорудного, апатитового и бадделеитового концентратов.
Материалы статей позволяют читателю получить информацию о состоянии минерально-сырьевой базы, перспективах развития горнодобывающего и обогатительного переделов, о реализованных и планируемых инвестиционных проектах природоохранной деятельности комбината в области комплексного и рационального использования природных и техногенных минерально-сырьевых ресурсов и т. д.
