Processing of Arkhangelskaya and Karpinsky-1 pipes on Lomonosov deposit is held in complex hydrogeological conditions. Primary task is a quick creation of mines` dewatering system with least costs and high ecological safety in conditions of a high watering of a deposit.
Rocks are high watered due to some interconnected water-bearing horizons and complexes of a considerable power with high hydrostatic pressures, along with the presence of the deeply incut modern and burried river valleys in hydrogeological cut.
Seven water-bearing horizons and complexes are defined in a deposit`s region.
Water-bearing complex of Vendian Padun suite deads plays a basic role in the deposit watering.
Numerical regional geofiltration deposit model has been worked out from 2000 till 2001. This model was the basis for forecast estimation. In comparison with initial, a new model is considerably detailed for the purpose of a more sharp estimation of groundwater inflows to the pit sump and boundary of deep wells. Modern model is a 15-layer bed system, which is complicated by heterogeneity — ore bodies and overdeepned valleys, which are formed by Quaternary sedimentations.
According to the project, over 75 dewatering wells should be stepwisely set in operation during all development period of two pits.
Article gives two methods of organization and exploitation of dewatering systems, which are differ from each other by quantity, output of dewatering wells, as well as by setting them in operation in the period from 2012 to 2026.
