Abstract

The discussion of possible approaches to the labor compensation fund formation is continued. Practice imperfections of a number of domestic mining and metallurgical enterprises are explained on the illustrative examples. It is shown that faster growth of wages compared to labor productivity growth leads to financial problems for companies. It is noted that a consistent application of the normative method of labor compensation fund formation for providing the source of payment dependence on production output is necessary. The authors emphasize the employers' attention to the wrongfulness of the guaranteed level of wages determination in collective labor agreement, regardless implementation of the planned production output as well as compliance with the ratio of labor productivity growth and average wage level. It is concluded that the changes in the labor compensation fund formation procedure necessarily have to follow the changes in the labor encouragement system, in other words, strengthening of the motivational component of all labor remuneration and bonuses regulations as well as social programs. To take into account particularities of 2012 in the sphere of human resources management, the authors recommend an internal auditing of all labor remuneration regulations fulfillment to provide rising the salary and employee benefits package dependence on labor productivity, reducing the number of underpaid workers and increasing their income.
