Реферат

Development of chemical, petrochemical, nuclear industries and other branches of modern production requires the creation and application of highly effective apparatus for processing and segregation of liquid non-homogeneous media in the technological processes. The centrifugal machines of such models as centrifuge, separator, centrifugal extractor and centrifugal mill are particularly wide-spread. All up-to date centrifugal machines must meet the requirements of specific conditions of commercial operation, safety terms of equipment, improvement of technical indicators, fitting-out with control systems, mechanization and automation of the industrial process. In the given paper the constructions of aggregated precipitating centrifuges of periodical operation are described. These centrifuges were invented for the needs of nuclear industry in the Sverdlovsk Research Institute of Chemical Machinery with regard to the chemical-metallurgical production of plutonium. The centrifuges intended for segregation and processing the hard-to-filter radiochemical suspensions have been described. These machines’ constructions allow conducting several technological operations automatically in one apparatus, providing hermeticity and nuclear safety. They make possible high-quality deactivation of the equipment as well as its maintainability in the conditions of chemicalmetallurgical production.
