Abstract

By method of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) the researches of samples of “sandy”-granular sulphur-sulphide products, obtained as a result of autoclave-oxidative leaching of nickel-pyrrhotite concentrate during usage of different combined surface-active agent are realized. It's determined that in contrast to the previously known surface-active agents (LST, ESOMF), combined surfaceactive agents, which contained adsorption resins (AR) and oil-soluble sulfonates further to selective immersion wetting of sulphide by molten sulfur and saturation of the bulk of sulphur-sulphide globule with minerals of non-ferrous and precious metals. High extraction of non-ferrous metals, platinum, palladium and gold in the “sandy”-granular sulphur-sulphide products of nickel-pyrrhotine concentrate leaching, observed during usage a combined surface-active agent on the basis of the LST and oil organic additions, is testified about the prospects of this direction and the necessity to search for new surface-active agent, which can increase the ability of liquid sulfur to collect relict mineral complexes of valuable components. This interaction is an important part of the autoclave hydrometallurgy of pyrrhotites. The highest extraction of valuable components in “sandy”-granular sulphur-sulphide products provides DP-4 and DP-4CM additions. The obtained results can be used to develop an effective reagent conditions of autoclave-oxidation leaching for a wide range of sulfide materials, contained noble metals.
