Abstract

Current output is the main technical and economic performance, characterized operation efficiency of aluminium electrolyzer. Within the bounds of taking research have been examined existent empirical dependences of current output on technological settings of operation of the electrolyzer and has been estimated practical applicability of existent models. Taking into account experience of previous researchers by method of multivariate statistical analysis of industrial data has been examined dependences of current output on technological settings of using electrolyzer. For the first time has been examined and proved key role of operating activities in final quantity of current output on the group of electrolyzers: at present influence of operating component of domestic aluminium industry is a key factor and it is valued in a percent. Influence of the raw component (qualitative characteristics of in-process material: alumina, fluoric salts, anodic paste) and technological component (compliance of technological settings with required quantities) less by a factor of ten and it is valued in percentage. For the first time has been estimated influence of sulfur content in anodic paste on current output. Final results underlay of model planning of technical and economic performances of operation of the group of aluminium electrolyzers and introduced in the working aluminium factory.
