It has been shown, that usage of combined surface-active materials, included two (or more) ingredients, possessed technological “antagonism” in regard to influence on stable of water-sulphuric emulsions is prospective direction for improvement of autoclave technology of nickel-pyrrhotine concentrates processing in operation of autoclave-oxidation leaching. Regulation depth of pyrrhotine decomposition (≥96%), maximal sulphur extraction during autoclave-oxidation leaching in optimal grain-size class (–150+10 μm) and high parameters of sulphur-sulphide flotation have been simultaneously provided by variation of total consumption of surface-active materials and by regulation of components correlation. The researches of ascertaining weigh ratio of components of combined surface-active materials, provided maximal synergistic effect have been realized. It has been shown that high-molecular oil products, concentrated with oil adsorption resins, can be used as demulsifying agent for sulfur.

In conducting research and preparing the materials have participated teams of employees of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Non-ferrous Metals "Gintsvetmet", OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel and All-Russian Research Institute for Petroleum Refining.
