Реферат

The method of reliable control of melted anode slag, concentrated with non-ferrous and precious metals, produced in electrical furnaces at the Nickel plant has been developed at The polar division of MMC Norilsk Nickel together with Gipronickel institute. The coefficients of variation of Ni, Cu, Co, Pt, Pd, Au, and Fe, S contents whereby substantiated parameters of slag snap samples selection with skimmer for all types of furnaces has been experimentally established, according to state standard specif ication № 14180-80 and branch standard № 48-276-86. The preparation procedure of representative shift sample, observed proportional principle of amount of samples and slag mass according to their type, differed with density and compositions has been regulated. The scheme of preparation shift sample to analysis with considered results of researched structural components of different types of slag with technique of raster electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis has been developed.
