Abstract

Industrial development of technology of oxidated nickel ores processing on the base of Vanyukov furnace has been started in melted workshop at “South Ural Nicel Combine” in 2004. During development of new technology it has been realized 10 testings melts with changing several elements construction in melted complex. Technology development of oxidated nickel ore processing in two-zone Vanyukov furnace has been executed for some stages with duration since 2 weeks till 3 month of continued works with processing of raw ore and fine agglomerate. Educed regularities of Vanyukov process for processing oxidated nickel ore have stable character and used as dependable basis for forecasting processes of control for Vanyukov melts technology.
