Abstract

In 2009–2010 the Gipronickel Institute (Saint-Petersburg) in co-operation with Halurgy JSC (Perm) and Deilmann — Haniel International (Germany) companies developed a large project for Ust’-Yavinsky mine operated by Uralkali and having annual capacity of 11 mln tons of sylvinite ore. The project documentation is developed in keeping with modern requirements using 3D technologies, with consideration of norms of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, Governmental Regulation of the Russian Federation No. 87, requirements of Governmental Regulations No. 118. In the project highly efficient equipment of widely known foreign companies — Zitron (Spain), GoGas (Germany), Simag Tercberg GmbH (Germany) Меtsо (Finland) and leading Russian manufacturers was applied. The mine design provides ecological and industrial safety in the area of construction and in the nearest settlements.
