Abstract Researches of the process of electric erosion of aluminium in different treatment solutions are continued. It is established that oxidation degree of disperse of metal particles in discharge zone exercises a significant influence on formation of products in the course of electric erosion. The powder of aluminium in the process of erosion is formed at reception in the zone of spark discharge of atomical oxygen in quantity, sufficient for oxidation of disperse particles of metal with formation on their surface protection oxide layer.
