Abstract Investigation to specification of effect mechanism of lignosulfonates used as surfactant for autoclave-oxidized leaching of nickel-pyrrhotine concentrates on forming of sulphur-sulphide and sulphury phases is realized. Optimal flow of lignosulfonates supporting hight kinetic of leaching operation, regulation decomposition depth of pyrrhotine (?96%) and absolute suppression of aggregating process of sulphur-sulphide phase in the same time for concentrate with different chemical-mineralogical composition is specified. Early offered mechanism of lignosulfonate action on main indexes of processing of nickel-pyrrhotine concentrates is confirmed.
