Abstract The ways of germanium concentrates pyrometallurgy production technology improvement are developed for germanium raw materials (flying ashes and battery cyclone dusts of lignite incineration). Chemical, phase and granulometrical compositions analysis are used, as well as technological modeling of pelletizing and briquetting processes and agglomerated mix material smelting. Granulometrical, chemical and phase compositions as well as physical-mechanical characteristics of processing products are researched. Technique of mixed material preliminary (before agglomeration) grinding is developed in laboratory conditions. This way provides germanium extraction to the concentrate not less than 90 %. Experimental researches results are used for the industry testing programs development of improved germanium raw materials processing technologies.
