Abstract The data on behaviour of gold, silver, copper, nickel, lead, zinc, tin and aluminium in melting of prepared electronic scrap are presented. Influence of slag composition and air quality in melt blowing are examined. It was revealed that non-noble metals (excepting copper and partially nickel) are transiting in slag and gas phase. Noble metals are separated from copper via electrolysis.
