| Abstract | Mass-exchange SPS unit recommended for putting into practice is compared with the existing devices. It is small-size, it operates at high loads on 1 m2 of section and high speeds of gas supply (16–18 m/s). Its operating procedure is stable. The unit combines simultameously operating features of scrubber and entrainment separator, allowing the load for liquid drops up to 60 m3/h on 1 m2 of working section. It can be used both for dust collection and gas cleaning. |
