Abstract

The data about raw materials base, technological level and quality of output products with enterprises of tungsten-molybdenum industry at the Russian Federation and countries of Commonwealth of Independent States have been adduced. The general factors, conditioned inclusion in world market are the cost reduction of marketable produce, quality improvement on the base of using modern technologies as ion-exchanging processes in hydrometallurgy, plasmochemistry methods in powder metallurgy etc. Implementation of science-technical developments of several research institutes in benefication area for obtaining concentrates with high quality, opening beneficiated raw materials and various industrial wastes, processing pure compounds of molybdenum, tungsten and rhenium to metals and goods has been obtained the very important significance.

keywords Refractory rare metals, tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium, raw materials, processing technologies, production.
