Реферат

The results of experimental work, devoted to reducing bubbling depletion of copper melt slags with CO–CO2 gas mixtures have been presented in this paper. The regularities of copper extraction from slags and features of behavior of zinc, lead and copper impurity elements have been considered. It has been shown that obtained metal alloy has been saturated with iron with reduction of residual copper content in slags. Speed of slag depletion depends on CO–CO2 correlation in delivered gas. The obtained results testify about high degree of lead and zinc sublimation even with low duration of reducing slag processing. Next notable result is high arsenic extraction in metal phase independent of reducing conditions. It’s allow to do the guess about atomic dissolution of arsenic in copper melt slags in reducing conditions.
