Abstract
The ways of modernization of pusher furnace for heating of copper slabs before rolling mill and engineering solutions, used during modernization have been described. The short description of features of used materials and equipment has been done. The results of heat work of modernized furnace during heating of copper slabs have been presented. The calculation of parameters of furnace operation has been realized on the base of data obtained during tests.
