Abstract
Wide application in the industry was received by layered composite materials on the basis of steel and aluminium. Conditions of layered composite materials of a system iron—aluminium formation by liquid-phase method with surface activation by flux on a basis eutectic system KF—AlF3 are investigated in article. Influence of the titan on mechanical properties of layered composite materials is established. Dependences of layers adhesive strength on temperature of layered composite materials formation and backlash size between steel plates are established.
keywords The layered composite material, liquid-phase formation process, titan, alloying, intermetallic alloy, aluminium–steel, activate flux.
