Реферат
The results of researching influence of impurities different in their chemical nature on residual relative electrical resistance of niobium have been conduced. The characteristics of niobium ingots, produced in different conditions, of different grades and initial electrolytic powders have been considered. It is noted that the technology of niobium ingots production for ultra-high frequency structures with total content of impurities not more than (1–2) . 10–2 % (mass.) which includes a double electolytic refining of niobium followed by electron-beam melting of the resulting niobium in oil-free vacuum has been developed in “Giredmet” Institute.
