Abstract
The ways of effective complex usage of titanium-magnetite concentrates, including titanium, vanadium and other metals (in addition to iron) have been defined. The process of solid-phase reduction of titanium-magnetite concentrate from Gremyakha-Vyrmes deposit and conditions of separation into slag and metals phases with maximal degree of melallization have been researched. Chemical composition of researching titanium-magnetite concentrate (0,074 mm grain size) and compositions of reduction products and slags have been conduced.
keywords Deposit, titanium-magnetite, pyrometallurgical beneficiation, Tamman furnace, carbon reduction, temperature conditions, coke consumption, metallic and slag phases.
