Реферат

Hydromineral reserves in oil production areas contain high concentrations of disseminated elements in Lower Permian formations. Water in these formations is the source of commercial-scale production of brome, iodine, boron, lithium and other elements, and represents of the most wide-spread types of hydromineral reserves. The hydromineral reserves increasingly attract attention as a composite source of valuable elements while its potential yet remains to be studied. Research and commercial-sale use of this source can go without full-package geological exploration; strata water is recovered together with oil; various valuable marketable products are obtained; the problem of integrated development of mineral resources is solved. The article describes the level of studies into hydromineral reserves and prospects for production of some rare elements, reviews regional concentrations of lithium, strontium and other microcomponents in groundwater in the west Orenburg Regions; and gives an evaluation of the commercial value of these elements. In the late 1990s, all programs on investigation of hydromineral reserves were postponed in Russia. At the present time, groundwater and associated water is studied during exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the cost of subsoil users, the article offers instructional guidelines on accomplishment of such research.
