Technogenic wastes have low processing profitability, which is connected with a low extraction of valuable component from them. Our article shows the results of development of joint processing technology for gold-bearing ores and lowcapacity technogenic gold placers, which are considered as a single site-mined deposit. In this case, increasing of enterprise's reserves and production capacity is a reason of decreasing of specific capital costs and operating expense accounts, which provides the possibility of obtaining of positive summary financial result from the joint processing of primary and technogenic raw materials. Sponge gold use in hardrock gold flotation cycle is the distinctive feature of our developed technology. This gold is extracted from placer gold mining wastes by gravitation concentration methods. During the concentration of ores and sands of technogenic placer, technological schemes of gravitation and flotation are designed according to the jet movement of initial raw materials and rough concentrate. Aerosol columnar flotation technology is used in the second flotation jet. We carried out the results of investigation tests on the samples of wastes of placer gold mining and gold-bearing ores. They proved the fact, that sponge gold use as carrying minerals during ore flotation allows the increasing of the throughout recovery of gold by 5.27% at the expense of its content decrease in tailing dumps from 0.377 to 0.207 g/t (by 45% (rel.)). Gold content in tailing dumps is decreased at the expense of metal loss reduction by ~3 times (metal grain size is –0.040+0.010 μm). Approximately 66% of gold was extracted by carrying minerals from this grain-size fraction; while ~43% of gold was extracted from the metal grain size –0.040+0 μm. Economic values of metallurgical production stage are improved as a result of decreasing of the quantity of the concentrate, sent to cyanidation, by ~21% (rel.) We assessed the efficiency of investments in mining enterprise with the joint processing of gold ores and technogenic placer.
