Реферат

For many years, aluminium alloys for armor plating of fighting machines have already been wildly applied in Russia and abroad. Having the equal weight, the hardness of these alloys is by almost three times higher than the one of steel. That's why, usage of these alloys allows the considerable weight decrease. Until recently, their high strength and durability have been the determining properties. This defined the application of welded aluminium alloys (Al – Zn – Mg system) and other treatment hardenable alloys as armor. However nowadays, because of application of combined armor plating systems, the role of aluminium alloys and their requirements is changed. That's why, a new cold-deformed welded alloy 1565ch is a prospective one for application in such complex protection systems. During the normal shooting, its indicators are lower than the ones of batch alloys, but is almost equal to them during the angle shooting and shooting with low-caliber projectiles. In combination with ceramic plates, being used as the basic protectory alloy, the alloy 1565ch showed its advantages before other existing alloys. It has no alternate during the improvement of light armored cars' protection systems. In comparison with existing alloys, armor protection, made of this alloy, is more survivable, more maintainable and more corrosion-resistant.
