Реферат

Various ores in Kazakhstan become the example of consideration of the issues of by-product extraction of rare metals and scattered elements (Cu, Pb, Zn, Au, Ag, Re, Se, Te, S, Mo, Cd, In, Hg, Ga, Ge, Tl, Bi, Sb, Ba) on various stages of processing of non-ferrous metal ores. Extraction of secon dary constituents in one or another flotation concentrates varies in rather wide limits. Firstly, it is connected with variety of their carrying minerals. There are shown the data about extraction of secondary constituents on the stage of metallurgical processing of flotation concentrates, which is no larger for: selenium in branded selenium ~45%; tellurium — 46%; cadmium — 75%; thallium — 6%; germanium — 18%; indium — 90%; hallium — 12%; hydrogen — 12%; bismuth in bismuth lead — 83%; rhenium in ammonium perrhenate — 42%. The maximal complexity of raw material use is reached with integrated production. As an example, LLC “Kazzinc” was considered, including zinc and lead plants, copper and precious metal enterprises, sulfuric acid plant and rare metal production shop. There were considered the economic aspects of the by-product extraction of rare metals and scattered elements. The content of rare components has almost no influence and can not have considerable influence on the cost of flotation concentrates of non-ferrous metal ores. The market conditions of rare metal products are prone to big variability.
