Abstract

More application in structure automatic control systems of continuous technological processes (TP) was found by supervisory automatic systems of control (SASC) (in particular, automatic systems of control (ASC)) with variable structure with deviation of the values of the change-over functions out off limits of adjusted dead bands, ASC with output signal limitations and saturation protection, and ASC with correction output signals. Analytical methods of research (usually approximated) of such complex nonlinear SASC require major sizes of calculations and, as a rule, do not allow to receive desirable results. For the purpose of analysis and synthesis of optimum SASC, it is necessary to use special algorithms, and to develop their software implementation. This article offers new methods and algorithms of numerical modeling (simulation) and optimization of supervisory non-linear automatic systems of control for continuous technological processes with delay for determined, casual and parametric perturbations.
