Abstract

Knowledge-based economy provides creation and introduction of new scientific and technical decisions, creation of new workplaces, release and realization of science-intensive production, benefit obtaining, and increase of competitiveness of enterprise, economy branch, region, country, etc. In order to reach the foregoing required resulting effects, the innovative economy should be based on correctly organized innovative processes. First of all it concerns the industry, because it also provides other branches of economy with the base for innovative development. Results of development of innovative processes model for large industrial enterprises are presented in this article. Relevance of a question is concluded in the fact that nowadays not all large Russian enterprises have transfered to innovative economy — the country manufactures a small amount of knowledge-intensive products, focused on export, increase in gold and exchange stock reserves, and creation of new workplaces. The reason for that is lack of competences of management personnel in enterprises in the spheres of integration of scientific development, their commercialization, and creation of new workplaces. Therefore, this research includes the detail research of components of innovative process, presented in the form of DFD charts, allowing to detail the innovation management processes, considering peculiarities of each enterprise. Thus top-management of large enterprises can use those charts, which, during the present period of enterprise development, are necessary for development of innovative processes. Materials of this article are also used as methodical grant for managers of large industrial enterprises.
