Реферат

The article describes the method of calculating vibrations in reducing gears of motorized wheels of BELAZ mine trucks depending on damage level of tooth profile for setting vibration limits in vibromonitoring. Given the insufficient experimental statistics on vibration characteristics of motorized wheel reducing gears (MWRG), the offered method allows setting a priory threshold vibrations (troubleshooting criteria) to comply with various technical states of reducing gears: normal, increased and limiting vibration ranges. Furthermore, the method of forecasting of remaining life expectancy for highspeed gear assemblies under service conditions has been developed based on monitoring of actual loads in gear meshes. The test and analysis of the developed procedures involved periodic readings of vibration accelerations on motorized wheel reducing gears of a BELAZ mine truck with capacity of 130 t in long-term service in the open-pit mine of the Poltava Mining-and Processing Integrated Works. Validity of the preset vibration limits was confirmed by failure of hardened layers of teeth upon reaching the estimated critical vibration level. The research findings can be used in design and manufacture of automated on-board systems for vibromonitoring and technical state diagnostics in transmission assemblies of motor vehicles, which will enable transition from planned preventive maintenance to handling of the motor vehicles based on their actual condition and, thus, will reduce unscheduled (emergency) downtime and cut down operational maintenance cost.
