One of the most important advantages of aluminium is its suitability to recycling. Scrap is used in the technology of almost all enterprises, manufacturing semi-finished products from aluminium deformed alloys. First of all, it is a scrap of low aluminium alloys. As a rule, usage of scraps of high alloys is limited. This scrap is introduced only in alloys, which chemical composition is similar to scrap chemical composition. There is shown the review of works of “Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Works” JSC on use of scraps and wastes of low and high alloys, in the time of manufacturing of deformed semifinished products from aluminium alloys. There is shown, that application of such scraps and wastes in charge in case of use of modern technologies of melting, refining, modification and casting make a favourable influence on mechanical properties of manufactured semi-finished products. There are given the results of development of secondary alloys 1925 and В95К, which made possible to manufacture scraps and excess wastes of high-strength aluminium alloys for manufacturing of semifinished products with high added cost. Nowadays, “Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Works” JSC recieves the wastes of its own products (wastes of processing of aviation plates, pipes etc) from customers in case, if customer collects scrap by alloy grades. At the same time, several tens of aluminium alloys are developed in the world. More than 120 serially manufactured alloys, are in the standard of “Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Works” JSC. In the time of use of several alloys of different alloying systems in final product, it is difficult to select the formed scrap by alloys. For the purpose of solving of problem of utilization of non-liquid and mixed scraps and wastes at “Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Works” JSC, there is developed a range of aluminium deformed alloys, which are used for manufacturing of sheets, plates, and extruded profile for general technic application. The products, manufactured from these alloys, have good collection of properties.
