Abstract

This article considers the basic directions of activities of the company, oriented on the development and improvement of peopleware system. The materials share the strategic directions of human resources management, oriented on the following operations:
— bringing of skill level and quantity of personnel to correspondence of production process;
— improvement of systems of searching, employment and teaching of high-qualified specialists;
— creation and development of system of social protection and guarantees of specialists.
The “Professional start” program is given as an example of successful realization of programs on involvement of young qualified specialists. This program makes it possible to staff the subdivisions with profile specialists. Its realization mechanism foresees the following measures:
— planning of prospective requirement in young specialists;
— interaction with universities;
— organization and control of practice;
— organization of trainings and master-classes for students;
— formation of target training contracts with students;
— employment assistance for not less than 3 years for the students, graduating from universities.
The authors of this article have detaily considered the programs of continuing professional education (raising the skills level) for the Company's specialists. These programs are realized together with non-commercial educational institution “Kola Staff Development Center”. Further development and improvement of human resources management purposes the following global objectives: increasing of labour productivity and degree of satisfaction of collective with corporate human resources management of Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company.
