Реферат

This article gives an information about the production activity of Research Department of Control and Analytic Center of Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company on profile subjects. There are given the basic directions of activity:
— stabilization (technical assistance to the functioning production) during the deviations of technological and qualitative indices;
— improvement of technological scheme of the Company.
Monitoring of production indices of industrial processes is carried out on continuing basis. This monitoring is realized by mastered methodologies and makes it possible to carry out the forecast controlling of manufacturing situation. Efficiently carried out researches (testings) are directed on the development of corrective actions on removal of faults and risks, connected with the carrying out of targets, output of ill-conditioned products, increasing of conversion costs etc. Operations on improvement of technological schemes are directed on increasing of production efficiency, decreasing of costs and solving of ecological problems. These operations suppose the realization of the following activities:
— proposal consideration;
— scientific and technical maintenance of testings of new processes, equipment, alternative engineering materials, engineering fabrics, reagents and imported raw materials;
— development of technological regulations for realization of projects of modernization of certain technologies or complex schemes;
— maintenance of currently realized prospective projects.
