Реферат

This article describes a new program of calculation of volt-ampere characteristics (VAC) of titanium and hafnium iodide refinement processes in metallic shelving type devices with deposition of metal on several consistently connected stud-form filaments. The calculation algorithm takes into account the growth of bars length (due to the metal deposition on conical parts of needles) and the cross section shape of deposition filaments (round and rectangular). The comparison of VAC is carried out, both taking into account and overlooking the bars elongation. The program is completed with cross section calculation of the bar, placed on wire and conical part of needle. New VAC are tested in real processes of obtaining of iodide titanium and hafnium bars in the G-20 (Г-20) industrial metal device. There is received a good agreement between the calculated and experimental current and voltage values on deposition filaments in the studied range of specific power variation from 7 to 18 W/cm2. New VAC are recommended for the usage in processes of titanium and hafnium iodide refinement with automated control. There is elaborated the software for automated conduction of hafnium iodide process in the G-20 devices in SKB-5027 (СКБ-5027) furnaces. The software was tested in laboratory conditions on a stand model in Leading Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Technology. This metal consists of computer with the LabView software environment, and real-time controller NI cRIO-9073 with input-output modules. The model was previously used for the software development for automation of zirconium iodide refinement process.
