Реферат

Metallurgical industry enterprises are the largest manufacturers of wastes, which basic amount are slags. Ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy slags contain a significant amount of valuable components (titanium, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, etc.). A substantial amount of refractory scrap is accumulated in metallurgical and casting industries. For the purpose of concentration of refractory scrap, Scientific and Industrial Company “Tekhnogen” developed various technological schemes, based on X-ray radiometric separation method. These schemes make it possible to obtain concentrates with high content of metallic phase. Ore sorting complexes for ferroalloy production slags concentration at Klyuchevsk Concentration Plant and ferromanganese slag at Satkinsky Iron Smelting Plant were set in exploitation for the purpose of anthropogenic wastes concentration.
