Реферат

The strategy of industrial and technical development of “Norilsk Nickel” MMC foresees the development of enterprises of mineral raw-material complex of Talnakh region with increasing of extraction volumes of rich, cuprous and ingrained ores. Under the present-day market conditions, the decision making about the industrial introduction of new technologies requires the maximally objective initial data for decreasing of financial risks, connected with the capital construction and maintenance costs. Reliable initial data are required during the technical and economic calculations and design estimates within realization of concentration measures, according to the enterprise’s development strategy. Obtaining of these data is provided by the pilot mini-unit of Talnakh Concentrator, which makes it possible to simulate the real technological process continuously. The pilot miniunit includes the equipment, which makes it possible to carry out the researches for concentratibility of various types of raw materials in continuous regime by flotation, magnetic and gravitation methods. At the same time, the suppleness of switching of aggregates, which is provided by the system of peristaltic pumps, gives an opportunity to mobile changing of technological scheme within the basic operating equipment. According to this, the range of prospective technologies of concentration of rich and cuprous ores, including the development of a Center of Engineering Maintenance of Projects (“extra-technology”), was tested within the realization of reconstruction project of Talnakh Concentrator by various developers. Also, the pilot testings of developed selective and collective technology were carried out for the first time on a charge of ingrained ores for the project of construction of new Norilsk Concentration Plant. The pilot testings include the process of preparation of initial ore to the flotation coarseness. According to the results of testings, there were prepared the documents, containing all required initial data, and expected technical and economic indices of processing of raw materials, according to the proposed technologies.
