There was developed the design of high-productive pneumatic columnar flotation machines CFM (КФМ), which provides the usage of two aeration zones. These flotation machines are intended for concentration of the wide range of ores and anthropogenic raw materials. There was realized the introduction of pneumatic flotation machine CFM-1400M (КФМ-1400М) in operation of the I cleaner flotation at the concentration plant of “Svyatogor” JSC, where complex pyritic ores and easy copper ores are processed. Flotation machine CFM-1400M provided the high indices on extraction of copper in operation of the I recleaning during the concentration of both complex pyritic ores and easy copper ores. There was researched the application of complex flotation machines during the concentration of zinc cakes of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant. Pneumatic apparatus, equipped with ejecting unit CFM, was proposed to be used instead of mechanic flotation machines for intensification of the processes of washing of cake from water soluble forms of zinc and acceleration of sulphides flotation. There were held the comparative trials. Washing of water soluble compounds in cake was held in mechanical flotation machines and in apparatus, equipped with ejecting unit. Researches showed the advantage of apparatus with ejecting unit: the dissolution rate of sulphate forms of zinc is by 10 and more times higher, than in mechanic flotation machine.
