The new technology of separation of collective copper-lead concentrate providing its temperature treatment at 70 °C is proposed for polymetalic ores concentrated at Rubtsovskaya plant. As a result, high-quality copper and lead concentrate and commercial product ready for hydrometallurgical treatment are obtained.

The results of investigations directed on quality improvement of magnetic concentrates are presented. Separation of minerals according to their magnetic properties is executed in a movable ferromagnetic suspension with overlapping volumetric uniform magnetic field of low stress and small gradient. Calculated values of forces acting in this process are presented and conditions of forming of selective magnetite flocculi are shown.

Research results on treatment of mine drainage from coal slack are resulted. The offered technological scheme provides performance of the ecological specified requirements to treatment facilities of a coal-mining industry.
